I really wanted to support this black owned bank so I opened an account. Day one I never received disclosures and account number anything. I had to call several times to obtain. I have now had the account for two months and although the branch staff at the Durham and Winston-Salem location said they ordered ATM cards, we haven't received anything but every month they have charged me a fee for an account I cant even access without driving to in a pandemic. I've been a customer at this bank for several years and lately their customer service has been terrible. I've had so many issues. I never received a debit card before the expiration date and had to wait almost a month for a new one even after speaking with someone 4 times. My husband made a cash deposit via the ATM and magically our money disappeared for over 24 hours and the bank could not tell us why or what happened.
