Mezzo Solutions hosted our HYPE "Helping Young Professionals Engage" a morning conversation with coffee. It was so important to hear about Self-Care for all ages, especially for the younger working generation. Patrick and Megan did a fabulous job with interactive, visuals and diving into meaningful topics. I will be reaching out again, to bring our HYPE group back. This is something not only did they need to hear but we all need to hear.
I have attended several workshops with Mezzo and they have exceeded my expectations with each workshop and have helped me grow on a Professional and Personal level.
