Patrick provided "Thrive Together: Integrating Self-Care and Inclusivity Workshop" for our team of nutrition education professionals. The workshop was engaging, thought-provoking, and was well received by our team. We look forward to working with Patrick and Mezzo Solutions again in the future!
Mezzo Solutions hosted our HYPE "Helping Young Professionals Engage" a morning conversation with coffee. It was so important to hear about Self-Care for all ages, especially for the younger working generation. Patrick and Megan did a fabulous job with interactive, visuals and diving into meaningful topics. I will be reaching out again, to bring our HYPE group back. This is something not only did they need to hear but we all need to hear.
I have attended several workshops with Mezzo and they have exceeded my expectations with each workshop and have helped me grow on a Professional and Personal level. Megan and Patrick are both professional, educated, and compassionate with their words and their mission. I highly recommend Mezzo and their workshops for any organization!
