Deserves NEGATIVE 10!! The new management O'CONNOR Group r slum landlords. The front office is only to show apartments NOT to assist current tenants! Note that the good reviews r from tenants who just moved in & that's because the front office begs them to write a good review! Tenants can NEVER have a matinenance issue resolved! I was threatened I would be homeless if I didn't sign their new lease even though I had a current lease in place! Front office is rude & thinks they can intimidate the tenants.
