Tamisha is amazing hands down the smoothest move in process I’ve ever had. The team really cares about helping people to find the best fit for their life’s or situation. Friendly, responsive, and hard workers from what I’ve experienced. If you plan on moving downtown Denver definitely consider Archer Tower the amenities, price, views, and location are un matched!!!!! Happy to be a long term tenant !

This place is the pits of hell. I lived in an apartment under the laundry room, which flooded multiple times, causing severe water damage in my apartment- leaking ceilings, saturated drywall through out the entryway, living room, and kitchen. I called and reported the same day, followed up multiple times, and it took months and me calling the local health department to get them to do anything.
