I only lived here for a couple months. The view in our unit was beautiful The other residents here were very nice and considerate. I can't complain too much because there are alot of downsides to living downtown. We had to have a wagon to bring in our groceries and take our laundry. They do charge $200 for parking in the basement garage. We always just parked in the street and collected all the parking tickets 🤣 I'd say this is a great place for someone without kids or a car. So far I have nothing but good things to say about the building and management here. Both Sharyn and Celeste have been absolutely amazing with the move in process, both so kind and helpful with all my questions. Given the age of the building, it is in great condition and very well maintained - I have no complaints. Especially since I did a cross country move and leased sight unseen. I toured with Celeste and had such a great experience. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and knowledgeable, which made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. Good management is a huge plus when looking for an apartment, and Celeste really stood out. I almost chose to live there just because of how kind and helpful she was. I ended up going with a place in RiNo for location reasons, but I highly recommend touring with Celeste if you get the chance.
