Appartements modernes et bien agencés. Très beau cadre et nombreux aménagements. La piscine est grande et le patio est fonctionnel. Le cadre est luxueux.
Marijuana odor easily migrates between units (poor build quality) Management admits they cannot enforce the no-smoking policy effectively. If smoke-free living is important to you, I would consider other options. For residents who smoke, this may not be an issue, as rules are not consistently enforced
Absolutely stunning and so welcoming! The grounds are always clean and beautifully maintained — a big shout-out to the maintenance team for keeping everything in top shape. Gerald and Sam in the office are amazing; they truly go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of and everything runs smoothly. You can really tell they care about the community and the people who live here. Highly recommend!
Lived here from 2020-2023, top floor apartment. The apartment home was a "Forte" and relatively spacious for two people, modern finishes. No issues with fleas as we did not have pets. The living room and kitchen were quiet and I could not hear our neighbors in those spaces. The bedroom walls were thinner. I could hear the neighbors attempting to make babies at night. There is an patio and attached storage unit. Parking was terrible as parking spaces were first come first serve. The construction wasn't the best as the bedroom... read more
