I dislocated and chip fractured my patella July 28th . I saw Dr. Patterson... nice doc. The following weds. Gave me a new brace that didnt fit well at all and cause sores said come back in 3 weeks. I go back August 22 and he determined I needed an MRI <ya think?!> because I am in more pain and poor range of motion... like none. It Is September 11 and they have yet to do an MRI. No PT cause I will not do therapy without that MRI. I called last week and they said an MRI facility will contact me. This is absolutley ridiculous. ... read more
Doctors are Great, however the front office staff is RUDE and HORRIBLE about returning calls or getting important information to the DR's team. I highly recommend seeing if the Doctor you need is at a different location and just maybe you'll get better office service. Their lack of communication is causing a damper on my job and they flat out don't care!
The wait times are ridiculously long! Currently waiting 40min past our appointment time. I don't think we have ever been seen at the scheduled appointment. The providers are always running behind schedule. I believe if they scheduled appropriately instead of trying to cram as many patients in a day as they can they wouldn't run into this problem. The staff is nice and so is the facility. However, you can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig.
So much better than the other large ortho place nearby. Great care so far from both Dr. Hansen and his PA Geoff. Even the front office staff is super friendly which hard to find anywhere these days.
