Maybe an off Friday night but my wife and I were the only ones in the restaurant. I’ve been to many Indian restaurants and this ranks as one of the worst. We were happy we didn’t get sick.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. While we were initially informed there would be a wait due to the July 4th crowd, we ended up waiting for nearly two hours, which is far beyond what most customers would reasonably expect. What made matters worse was the lack of basic service during this time. We had to repeatedly ask for water and chutney, and despite multiple reminders, the chutney was never served at all. I’m writing this review while still sitting at the restaurant table. We came to Mezban Mahal around 8:00 PM, and it is now 9:18 PM, but we still haven’t received our complete order. The service has been extremely slow and disappointing. We received the kebab after almost 45 minutes, and when we asked for chutney, it never came.
