I left work early and hurried to the office to pick up a document and they had locked the door early, despite being inside. Poor form for front desk service.
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A DOT CARD or CDL I have been a patient at this office for two years and was left out to dry when they refused to fill out some occupational health forms for no other reason than it was against their policy.
