Had my car since January 2024, got it back May 6, 2024. There were many phone calls and many excuses given. I was more than patient in my opinion. I was ready to have it towed to BMW of Tyler which put an urgency under Mr. Meys. The issue was a damaged water pump and at my behest l asked him to remove it since it was still under warranty. Problem solved. Competent mechanic, but better customer service skills and better communicating with me would have gotten his shop a better review.
