Did not make the best first impression by asking for 4% on a FSBO, especially when the buyers already found our house and spoke with us prior to contacting an agent. We were extremely flexible with showings. The first took place the day before Thanksgiving. The following day, we agreed to a second showing the day after Thanksgiving. Jim and Lisa were really great to work with. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. We were first time home buyers and they were always patient with our questions and walked us through every step of the process.
