I haven't seen Jessica in person but she walked me through some ankle exercises that made perfect sense! I am four hours away and I am also a massage therapist so I know the basics. Is what impressed me was that she also went on to tell me how many reps I should be working up to and how far to push my newly healed broken ankle.
