Pete was very straight to the point, as a matter of fact kind of guy. I had a hoarding/drug use situation, I needed to evict the tenant who literally destroyed my house. I followed Pete's instructions which were very clear. I would hire Pete again if another eviction is needed. Highly recommended!
I have a dream home in Portland I have owned since I was 29yrs old. I had to come back east to be close to my parents. I rented my beloved home and have had issues w non payment w the tenant.
