been going here about 5 years,,,i have always gotten great service from meyer auto,they go out of their way to get it done right!!,i have lower back problems and sometimes need a crutch to help me walk,i keep one in my minivan in case in out and need it,,saturday i needed both,but my minivan was in their shop to be picked up monday morning.they are closed saturdays. i messaged barry the owner and he went out of his way to go to the shop and not only get my crutch but cashed my van out on saturday morning! i would send any on... read more

I apologize for the miscommunication on the additional diagnostic time, we are working to be sure we don't have that happen again. It was unfortunate that the aftermarket warranty company wouldn't cover door repairs. The door handle was recommended because that's the only way to get the cable that connects to the latch and those parts are only available from the dealer. The cable was showing signs of age, after 10 yrs, and is usually the first thing that fails in those systems. We did not want that to fail after having door ... read more
