good service this store located in one of the largest shopping center in houston surrounded by many other upscale dealers. they have a nice collection of jewelry and they offer free repair too. easy to park.
Meyerland Jewelers has the best customer service! My family has been going to them for years and they are wonderful! They are always willing to stop and do little things for you like just change a watch battery. I was in and out in less than ten minutes yesterday when other local jewelers said they would have to send my watch off and it would take a few days.
Very nice; great customer service I popped in here one day to buy some jewerly cleaner and have them fix a prong on my engagement ring. They were so friendly; they fixed it free of charge, even though I fully expected to pay a small fee. They said it was very common to have a prong bend, and to come back in any time to have it fixed. The next time we are in the market for jewelry, we will shop here.
You must see the new location! A beautiful store with a lot to offer! The have a great selection of diamond bands, wedding sets, watches and many gemstone sets. I love all the pearl collections. They recently change locations in November 2005 to the larger part of Meyerland shopping center and are now near Pier 1. The new location is spectacular!
