Untrustworthy! I was speaking to a staff member at Muslaw recently and all of sudden they stopped replying. Turns out, they were laid off with a bunch of others. It's ridiculous. How am I suppose to trust that you'll do right by me, a random customer, if you won't even do right by your own people? I'll take my business elsewhere and everyone reading this should do the same. Greedy corporations will only look to rip you off.
I have used this firm for our business and my personal matters for over 30 years. I cannot be more satisfied.
This law firm levied my elderly family member's bank account during the holiday season, depleting their monthly pension funds to satisfy a decade-old UPMC medical bill. They were left with nothing to cover their monthly expenses. Personally, I would never do business with a company displaying such ruthless and inhumane tactics.
