I’ve lived here for three years now after Mark and Marianne left the apartments went downhill . The pool hasn’t had a cover and is a disgusting green color and last year they waited until August to open the pool by that time summer is over . I’ve had homeless people come on my deck and take my cans . I have also had multiple request pertaining to maintenance for about 1 month and half and have not been contacted . The only good thing is that rent is on the cheaper side, but the units are in terrible condition. The managers are lazy and do not care about the property or the tenants residing there. Upon moving in, I realized the fridge was broken. I called them to report this and one of the managers came out right away, however, he did not really fix the fridge. He used an extension cord to plug the fridge into another outlet, which is a fire hazard. It was supposed to be temporary fix. Two days later, nothing. So I submitted a work or... read more

I love living stores and restaurants nearby. I m still living here. Don’t move here the stars rating is going down. Same problem with few of reviewers. Live here for 3 years. See it for yourself. It unsafe and none are upgrade. Inside still like 1970’s and not look too good, don’t move here oh please or regret it. The rent is high now and none are safe. They failed Gresham City inspection not the section 8. 2nd time failed so last inspection coming on the September 7th. It needs a lot of repairs. I love this place because ne... read more

Have resided here since 2011. Functional comfortable family apartment living. Built and maintained since the 70's as needed. My request have always been addressed immediately with repairers/replacements done eventually as ordered with satisfactory materials and results. Amenities per dollars paid in rent and added monthly Water & Garbage fees are basic. 2020 on site managers are "5 STAR Professional & Personable ". Welcome Home!

I stopped by after leaving grocery store on burnside to see about getting a place. The guy who helped me was very polite and offered to show me the pool and gave me an application asked me some questions about myself when I wanted an apartment. He explained what I needed to do and what I needed to complete the application and setup a return time to turn in paperwork. I felt like commenting on the managers attitude towards me and his overall enthusiasm was refreshing to me. His approach to managing was different than othe... read more
