Don’t contract with Legand Homes, Bella Vista, Princeton Classic (they are all the same company). We contracted to build with them in May of 2021. It was one of the worst experiences of our lives. Our home sat unworked on for months at a time, at one point it sat 5 months untouched (while other homes of theirs were being worked on). In fact I had to tell them they needed to rewrap our home because the Tyvek had expired and been exposed to the elements far too long. ⚠️ DO NOT CONTRACT WITH PRINCETON. ⚠️ We absolutely love Meyer ranch, in New Braunfels, but Princeton has been an absolute nightmare to work with. Quality of home is awful, upper management is RUDE, prices are too high, cheap materials, the list goes on and on…paint is permanently stuck on our new flooring, doors are ruined, drywall over our vents, wrong air conditioning unit installed and we had a leak, cabinets are not built probably, trim missing, etc. consider yourself warned if you decide to buy a Princeton home.
