All I have to say is WOW! I just took a tour and this place is awesome. The units are spacious and each one is unique. The finishes are high quality and beautiful and the appliances are all high end. The garage is clean and spacious and the location can't be beat!
Overpriced for what you get. Management is awful. No amenities and the landscaping is the worst in Wayzata
Place is really shaping up to be pretty nice condo's
