I brought my sick child in for a same-day appointment and received excellent, prompt care. The nurse practitioner, Kim, was attentive, professional, and very kind. I was honestly surprised to see some of the one-star reviews. Our experience was entirely positive. Yes, the space looks a bit minimal right now and could use some decorating, but I am sure that will come with time. We love Pediatrica. We were with Dr. Meyer prior but have been happy with the new team. The staff has always been so sweet. They spend a lot of time with us during the visit and my daughter always says it’s her favorite doctor.
We've been coming here for over 3 years and loved Dr. Meyer & his staff! With the new switch to Pediatrica, we have still been very happy with the level of service and care! Dr. Heather, the nurses, and front desk staff are wonderful! I was disappointed they removed the early morning sick hours, however, any time I have needed a sick appointment I have gotten one same day and within a few hours. They are working hard to maintain Dr. Meyer's great reputation, and we are happy we stayed this practice!
Really miss dr meyers. This office has turned into disappointment. If it wasnt for my kids providers outside of this office, I would be worse off. We will be moving drs unfortunately .
Dr. Meyer we miss you! 5 stars for Dr. Meyer, 0 stars for the temporary Ped they’ve brought in. Dr. Meyer has seen all three of my kids since birth. He was amazing at catching things early, as well as taking the time to explain anything that was going on. He saw my son 3 weeks before his 1 year checkup for a bout of constipation, as well as every checkup before that and never said a thing was wrong with my son.
