I had lived at these god awful apartments for 3 1/2 years out of pure laziness. The parking lot FLOODS all the time. This is BEFORE harvey. I lost 2 cars already in that parking lot. During harvey, it completely wiped out the first floor. They just recently started the renovations on it. The entire time I lived here my bathroom ceiling would leak when it rained hard to the point where I had to put buckets under it.
