Over the last several months I have had two major emergency with my heating/cooling system. In the first case several attempts were made to repair my AC followed by replacement of the system; the cost of the initial repairs were forgiven. The second case involved the failure of the heating system. An offer to send a tech that evening was made but I decided to wait until the next morning. The system was up and running by 9:00 AM.
