Units aren't cleaned for move-in. Filthy closets, walls never touched -- I mean never. Paint is very old. They aren't ready with the heat. It's been too cold today. A lot of noise on top 5th floor, it sounded like they were putting the floor in a unit, then a couple weeks later, very loud again. What were we redoing it? Now it's everyday. Stay away from these people. Not good.
