Our furnace broke on the coldest night of the year. Fortunately, we have a service contract with Myers, and as usual, they were excellent. Geoffrey was here by 8am, figured out what was wrong, chased down the part, drove to get it, and had it replaced by noon. And besides being competent and committed to getting us up and running, he was friendly, gave good explanations, and had suggestions on how to keep this particular issue from happening again. So grateful to have heat!
My experiences with Meyer Heating and Air are always positive. They communicate with you throughout the entire process. Once you set up a service visit, they text with a reminder that they’re going to be there the following day. The day of the service visit, they send a picture of the technician who will be there along with a text that allows you to track them when they’re on their way. They’re knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone.
They are extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable. I really appreciate everyone taking their time to explain all of my options to me, addressing my concerns, and being so willing to work with me. I’d absolutely use them again!
