My AC chose an extremely hot and humid day to quit working - and, of course, on a weekend. Brandon came out on Saturday morning and tried to get it up and running but it was dead. He was very professional, thorough and patient going over all options. He explained everything in layman’s terms and kept a spot open for installation on Monday so I could consider what option fit my situation best. Brandon is super professional and trustworthy. I really appreciate Meyer and how integral and kind they are. They give you the facts and the options and don’t try to scare or bully you into decisions. They set you up for choices that fit you best and they are there whatever you decide. They have cleaned my units twice now and even replaced my BFFs entire system and she had a fantastic experience with me. Great financing choices and 10 years parts and labor which is phenomenal. Love them!

Mike was respectful, patient, and transparent — rare qualities in this industry. I chose Meyer Heating and Air because I’d worked with the company previously in both Missouri and Alabama. The prices were lower than my second estimate for my home in MO. Great! Josh, my technician, did a very good job of installing my tankless water heater and HVAC system. This was a two day job and Josh explained exactly what he did and also how to use the equipment. Lookin forward to having a “cool” summer!
