Dr. Grimes is a rare find in that she is up to date on the latest wellness options/ hormones, vitamins, etc and yet she retains a down to earth common sense approach. She has a terrific foundation in conventional medicine and she continually enhances it with ongoing learning in the "natural medicine" area.
