Very shady business practices, BEWARE!!!! We purchased equipment 21 months ago and a large business purchased multiple same equipment a week later. They sold ours to the business multiple times over and when we went to pick up the blade that came in 19 months ago we were told it was no longer available. We were told to go elsewhere to purchase equipment and so we did, now they are saying the equipment is starting to come in and since we aren’t waiting then they are selling blade with it. Just stopped to look at a tractor When in and asked the price. He told it was sold. Asked about another one and he didn't know. Those that give poor customer service will have fond memories of not having customers. I will nevergo back
Stopped in today to purchase 3 deck rollers for my 54 inch deck. I purchased all my tune up parts approximately a week ago. Realized I need to change all the deck rollers. I spent over $150 on the first trip and had a great experience. Second time in the counter person could not help me at all. Told me he couldn't find the deck number for a bx 2370 my name was suppose to be in the computer he couldn't find it.
