There is no other Dr for the eyes that is as experienced in new update treatments, he is the best of the best in his field. People come from hundreds of miles around to be seen by him, the wait is longer than most but it's because he is very detailed and definitely knows his stuff. Have gone to him since 2002 and he has been tremendous on keeping my sight as good as can be. Waiting to do Stem cell as soon as FDA has approved!
Dr David Meyer is good at what he does. However, you will spend 4 to 7 hours during a office visit with him. I have brought my family to see him in his Jonesboro, AR office on several occasions. The least amount of time we have been in the office is 4 hours. The last visit was 7 hours in the office. Total time back in exam room or with Dr. Meyer approximately 1 hour. Unless you have ALL day don't use this doctor.
I have diabetes and have been struggling to keep my sight for over 20 years. Not only has Dr. Meyer been able to keep my sight but has improved it. He is one of Gods greatest gifts on this earth.
I found Dr. Meyer to be an intelligent, compassionate provider. He explained my diagnosis and treatment options thoroughly, didn't rush, and answered my questions. He is very personable and presented himself in a kind and professional manner.
