Had 2 tickets they got dismissed with no fines and off my record. Easy process and really nice office staff. Highly recommend
I called because I had 2 tickets and was at the 21 day mark on the first one and needed something done that day. Delilah was super helpful and got all my information to one of their attorneys that same day. Got reduced fines and both stayed off my driving record. They were great!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I contacted their firm, sent in the intake forms, and gave payment information. Additionally, I followed up to confirm if there was anything else needed from me. Daniel Meyers response, "Yes. Nothing further you need to do until you hear from us." They never contacted the City of Dallas, and I now owe additional fees/fines. I get it, they may not be able to reduce the ticket, fine, keep off your record, etc; but they never even filed with the city, and I now owe more fines. Strongly recom... read more
