Mike was fantastic to work with! I called him about a toilet issue and he was at my house within about 20 minutes of my phone call. Mike requested a few photos for a part replacement and was able to fix my toilet fast. Great service and quality work at a great price! Thanks Mike!

If I could put a 0 rating I would, this is the most unprofessional joke of a "business" I have EVER dealt with. Told on two different occasions by Mike Personally that he would come out. Had it all set up and then he just doesn't answer the phone. The first time Iet it go because he was having "issues". Now I am in serious need to have the appointment taken care of that was mad a WEEK ago as it was set up and yet no answer or return phone call so I am left yet again with chasing my tail to figure out what to do.
