If I could put a 0 rating I would, this is the most unprofessional joke of a "business" I have EVER dealt with. Told on two different occasions by Mike Personally that he would come out. Had it all set up and then he just doesn't answer the phone. The first time Iet it go because he was having "issues". Now I am in serious need to have the appointment taken care of that was mad a WEEK ago as it was set up and yet no answer or return phone call so I am left yet again with chasing my tail to figure out what to do. Talked to him about installing 2 bathtubs agreed on the price. Have since called him 5 times and hasn’t answered the phone and never once returned a phone call.
