My sister and I visited earlier this week, hoping to learn more about our late mother's jewelry. Shannon and Laurie went above and beyond. They were kind and patient and spent time going over each piece with us. I will definitely be back when I'm in need of appraisal or new jewelry.
Rude manager and owner. There jeweler put high and low spots all over the band from trying to polish the ring and you can’t even trust them to resize a platinum band up half a size without damaging your main setting and then trying to cover it up. I brought the ring back and they advised me it was that way when I brought it to them. They re-polished the band then told me they had done more than enough for me our business was concluded. Called and asked about them replacing a stone in my wedding set! They were very kind, helpful, and fast to get it done! I had my ring back in 24 hrs! They will be my first choice if I have any other jewelry needs.
My wife and I worked with Karen and Meyers and Lee for all of our wedding bands and engagement rings! They were awesome and so very helpful picking out and building the perfect rings for our big day! They worked with us separately for the surprise of the rings and did so with integrity where me and my wife never knew! Such a great company and experience with them!
