Excellent and knowledgeable horologist polished and cleaned my grandmother’s pre-1920 pendant pocket watch. He did so also for the chain, which I had not thought to ask for. The final charge was much less than the estimate had been, and the watch was given back to me in a lovely cloth bag that both zipped and snapped shut. I had a very good experience here, and I will be back for more heirloom repairs.

My sister and I visited earlier this week, hoping to learn more about our late mother's jewelry. Shannon and Laurie went above and beyond. They were kind and patient and spent time going over each piece with us. I will definitely be back when I'm in need of appraisal or new jewelry.
Rude manager and owner. There jeweler put high and low spots all over the band from trying to polish the ring and you can’t even trust them to resize a platinum band up half a size without damaging your main setting and then trying to cover it up. I brought the ring back and they advised me it was that way when I brought it to them. They re-polished the band then told me they had done more than enough for me our business was concluded.
