We purchased a 2017 Ram pickup from Meyer Automotive in Seward in June, and it was one of the strangest dealership experiences I've had. Before we arrived, I had been communicating with the dealership, so they knew exactly what we were looking for and when we would be there. Amazing people who work here!! We found ourselves in a pickle on our vacation heading down the interstate. The staff went wayyyyy out of their way to get our part & prioritize our repair so we could get back on the road. They were even nice enough to take us to a hotel and come pick us up. If they do this for out-of-towners who aren't likely to return, I can only think they are routinely great to work with. Y'all are lucky to have a service center with SERVICE prioritized. Thank you staff!!! We appreciate your help!!!
