This review is only for the property management division. I do not have experience with their sales division. I used them to manage a property for 7 years. The first five years were satisfactory. There were occasional issues, usually with communication due to changes in personnel, but overall they did the job and got the property rented in a timely manner. DO not work with Meybohm Property Management. This company is awful and everyday their business practices become more questionable. The "property manger" assigned to the property you are renting never responds to texts, calls or voicemails. The accounting department is incompetent at best as well as rude and uncommunicative. Also speaking to a manager or someone in charge is impossible either because they refuse to they don't exist. I will never work with Meybohm again.

I am totally disgusted with Kim Harris, the Property Manager, at Meybohm Property Mgmt. I rented a house the was later taken over by Meybohm after renting for 6 years. They never got the move-in inspection from Century 21 before calculating these ridiculous charges. When I moved out they sent me a bill over $3k for a house that was not in good shape when I moved in. I went back & forth by several emails trying to dispute the charges. They could care less.
