I eat here at least once a month. The place is owned by a local family and is authentic Mexican. Not fancy like those chain places. Just good Mexican. Try the California taco. The mole sauce is also great. My favorite thing on the menu, however, and my sons favorite also, is the queso dip and nachos. Oh yeah, and they have beer and cocktails and a patio. What's not to like?
Not friendly at all – I went for lunch with my 3 girlfriends and our server got our order, he served us our drinks, and our ticket, and another guy delivered our chips and food. Our server never came back to see if I wanted more to drink, or chips. The food was Ok. I eat Mexican once to twice a week, sometimes 3 times. I love it. I don't know why Richmonder's love Mexico or Casa Grande. The food is always bland and service is below average. I ordered a shrimp cocktail, and what I got was a few smal shrimp in a red liquid like soup with tiny pieces of avocado cut up on top. I had one before at another resturant and it was prepared as described on the menu, and it was delicious.
