I had a very disappointing experience with this auto repair shop. I went in for a simple issue, but they kept my car for days without giving clear updates. Every time I called, I received vague answers and excuses. When I finally got my car back, the original problem was still there, and a new issue had appeared. On top of that, the bill was much higher than the estimate they gave me. It felt unprofessional and careless, and I completely lost trust in their service.

This shop is extremely unreliable and not customer-friendly at all. The staff seemed rushed and uninterested in explaining what was wrong with my vehicle. They recommended unnecessary repairs and pressured me to approve them immediately. After paying a large amount, my car started making strange noises within a week. When I returned, they refused responsibility and blamed it on “normal wear and tear.” Very poor service and attitude overall.

The worst auto repair experience I’ve had so far. The mechanics seemed inexperienced, and the front desk staff was rude and dismissive. They failed to diagnose the problem correctly and replaced parts that didn’t even need fixing. After spending a lot of money, my car broke down again shortly after leaving the shop. I felt completely cheated and would never recommend this place to anyone.

This auto repair shop lacks honesty and professionalism. They gave me an estimate that sounded reasonable, but once the work started, the price kept increasing without proper approval. The final bill was shocking. When I questioned it, they became defensive instead of explaining clearly. The repair quality was average at best, and the overall experience was stressful. I will definitely look for a more trustworthy mechanic next time.
