Very bad experience twice. I gave them a second change because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Now I have no doubt that they are rude and lack in customer service and integrity.
Joe, Ok, so what I understand is that he will come and fix the courtyard and sometime later you will come and seal both the front and the back? By the way, I have to say that you are the MOST reputable contractor I have ever dealt with, which is why you are so successful. What a pleasure it has been throughout the entire process. If you ever need a recommendation (which I'm sure you don't!), please don't hesitate to use my name. Thanks, Jan

Joe, We recently built a home in the Tubac Golf Resort and have just added quite a bit of decorative tile to the front and back patios. We acquired all of the tile from your Tucson store, where we met Donna. She was a great help in guiding us to the right color combinations and decorative ideas. She is a great asset. We are very pleased with the result and get compliments daily from residents here. David Colonel US Army (Ret.)
I had a fantastic experience at Mexican Tile and Stone. The staff was extremely helpful in helping me choose tile for my kitchen and bathroom. There were so many choices and they were able to help me understand what looked great together but did not push me in any direction that I didn't like. I will definitely go back for my next project!
The worst of the worst. If you are looking for Mexican tile, keep looking. These people have no clue, but don't trust me, read the other reviews. I should have!!!
testimonial from www.mexicantileandstone website – We are very excited. I have to tell you that we found others that were less expensive, but working with your team was unparalleled. We eventually decided to go with MTSC because of the people. David visit www.mexicantileandstone website and view the "testimonials" tab. They are real customer accounts.
Worst Customer Service in Tucson – My elderly mother went here to replace her living room tile after a storm damaged her house. I had a feeling right from the beginning that something was "off" and I wished I had listened to my warning signs. The salespeople, Donna and Obed, will say anything to get your business, but once they have your money the customer service ends. Our special order has taken months to fill with excuse after excuse and they only say they will give her a credit to pick out a different tile after deductin... read more
Tucson's Worst Tile Supplier – It's one of the wonders of Tucson how this company is still in business. Use them only as a last resort. You would literally be better buying tile anywhere else - First, if you can actually find anything in the meager and overpriced selection, know that they issue no refunds if you have any boxes of leftover tile, only store credit. Even if the tile is something they perpetually stock on the shelves. A store credit might be agreeable if Donna, the manager, did not try to do everything possible ... read more
