Very disrespectful and rude
Bill Warner company did an awesome job on my house on Dawson Street in Sarasota. Very reliable floors came out great!!!
Bad start to the day? The gentleman who answered the phone at 8:50AM had no patience and ultimately hung up on me within a minute of the start of the call. We are navigating post hurricane flooding restoration of about 2000 sq ft of Saltillo tile and spot grout repair. The website was clear that they did tile renewal but I wasn't sure if that included grout cleaning and if they did grout repair.
