We paid over $100.00 for a party of 7 for my sister’s birthday. They were going to charge us $1.00 each for small plates to eat cake !! What??? Add $7.00 to $110.00. Nope. Not going back.
Good food
Umm first & last time here!! Absolutely nothing “Mexican” about this place. Ordered the large plate to share and they charge you to share the plate. The tamales flour had absolutely no seasoning to it and the flinging inside it I have no idea what it was. The rice & beans also had no seasoning to them. Just close the doors! The old man ran a tight ship and was fantastic. It’s a total disaster now. Food sucks and apparently the new crew has zero common sense. Like when you buy a pint of salsa and don’t get one chip. I’m done. It’s been an iconic restaurant my whole 56 years of life. I’ll never step into there again. Just shut it down, you can’t operate on 3 hours a day.
Ate lunch here enchiladas were great ,tacos and other items average, the waitress was super, the area we were seated in was very noisy, groups of men at lunch who had no in door voices
