I needed molinillos to teach my high-school culinary classes how to make traditional Mexican Hot Chocolate. I was a little shocked to see so many negative reviews. I have ordered a few different times over the last couple of years and have always been happy with my products. They arrive in a timely manner, and CS has always been kind when replying to any questions I have had.
***NEVER order anything fragile from this company! I will never order anything from them again. I would give zero stars if I could too, horrible customer service. I thought it was only my experience but now I am realizing that similar cases have happened to my country fellows or other customers who had tried this place.
