This business has extremely horrible customer service the agent I went to spoke little to no English and couldn't even explain why she was unable to cash my check. She had to have her co-worker tell me that my check could not be cashed because the business where my check distributed from is San Bruno would not be recognized in the system so they were not able to cash it here in San Francisco although it was a valid payroll check. Worst place on earth
Great service and always helpful and patient. Iv been going Everytime rent is due and check cashing is simple and fast. And they are always working on something so it's our responsibility to make sure ID is returned which has never been a problem. Servicio Bueno!!!
