I leased 2 units from Metzler. When the owner Dan managed it we were very pleased. After his son took over, he would not return any phone call or refund our deposit. We made several attempts for the refund but the son would never respond. I would not recommend leasing from him.

there were no instructions on what to do when I arrived to pickup the trailer. There was nobody working at the location so I took the trailer, used it and returned it. Then I received a call from Uhaul a couple days later asking if I still needed to rent the trailer..... I left messages in the Uhaul app letting them know I had taken the trailer and returned it, no response was received..... Not a good experience. They never gave back my $200 security deposit with no reason why. I left messages, but never a returned call.
