Metzgers just installed our geothermal system and loop. The work they did is excellent and we're very happy. Chris explained everything thoroughly up front including the installation time line and everything went exactly as he said it would. We now have a WaterFurnace 7 series and the house is cool despite the hot summer. We're looking forward to the economical winter performance too. Thank you Metzgers! Highly recommend.
Always fast response time and amazing service.
Theresa sent out a technician to fix our AC last week during the severe heat. The same-day service the technician provided was amazing; he had us up and running in about 40 minutes. These folks are great!
I've had them service my furnace multiple times in the past with no issue. This time Phil came out and never sent me a quote. I then had to reach back out for a quote. He finally got back to me with an outrageous price. I ended up having Dan Wood fix my issue for less than half what Phil quoted me. Does Metzger's not have a SLA in place for returning inquiries? You need to improve their response times and offer more affordable quotes. I'm very disappointed in your company.
