Took my Dad to Metzger's for his 95th Birthday. They were awesome! The food as always was delicious and we took home enough for him to eat for two more days. Ordered the Haus Special Platter which was $32 for two. I got the bill and the total was $20.13. They took 50% off for his Birthday and gave us a free dessert of his choosing to take home.
Probably one of my most favorite places to eat. Always delicious. Super friendly and welcoming staff! And even my kids love the food! I'm glad it's an hour away from where I live because I'd eat there everyday if it were closer
So excited to eat in this restaurant , makes me feel like home , good German food :-)
Loved the food here and the side Spatzen is something worth trying if you never had it before. If you are in Ann Arbor and looking for great food, definitely worth going here to eat.
Everything I've tried has been YUMMY! Potatoe pancakes and whatever the dumpling type noodles are, are the best! Found a few new beers I like too!
Tried Metzger's for restaurant week, and it was amazing! We will definitely be going back.
