I brought my ring to Metzger in Barrie to have the band repaired. The ring originally had a yellow/gold tint on the flower petals as part of the design. When I picked it up, that detailing was completely gone and the petals were fully silver. I understand that heat from soldering can sometimes affect certain finishes.
