Unbelievably poor execution with their online auctions. It's ridiculous that they don't publish the pickup times prior to the auction. After the auction is over they send an invoice sometime after 10PM at night that gives you a link where you can make an appointment for pickup the next day. I stayed up late waiting for my invoice and it never arrived, when I checked my email again at 6AM the next morning, all pickup slots were full. Worst auction company I have ever dealt with, and that's out of 100+. Auction manager is rude. My scheduled pickup time where they said they would have everything ready, I had to wait 40 minutes for them to find and gather my items. They only gave a 2 hour window (which they only tell you those hours after the auction is complete). If you don't make their small time window on such short notice, you get charged a fee, they then charge your card on file so that they can collect even more fees even if you were paying cash. ... read more
