Very solid management company, work orders are answered quickly and staff is cool. So many people want perfection, or same day maintenance issues resolved, so do i but it's not realistic. I've dealt with multiple management companies before I found this one, and I'd have to say Metzger Property Management will treat you right.
Horrible customer service
Be prepared to go to small claims court when you move out and try to get your deposit back. Some of the people working for the company are good.. but ownership has changed hands frequently and they are more concerned with maximizing rent increases every year than anything else. You're better off looking elsewhere. I was never recieved any reason for the deduction on my deposit, through the mail or email. Decent customer service is lacking and Nicole would rather text/email than have an actual conversation about concerns. Which isn’t ideal when you’re mistakenly charged 15x (yes, FIFTEEN TIMES) the amount you were supposed to be charged for rent. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a management company. Steer clear.
