Rented from the property management company - amazing to rent from
Finally got my keys, moved in and couldn't be happier! I love it thank you guys for making this happen!
I've been dealing with Nicole for many years now. I'm in the process of using her management services. After this last meeting, I am fully confident that she is capable of delivering everything she has outlined in the services that Metzger Property Management offers.
Just wanted to express my appreciation towards to Nichole and the staff at Metzger Property Management. They were able to get me into an apartment quick and were able to work My credit situation. Love my new place !
Very solid management company, work orders are answered quickly and staff is cool. So many people want perfection, or same day maintenance issues resolved, so do i but it's not realistic. I've dealt with multiple management companies before I found this one, and I'd have to say Metzger Property Management will treat you right.
