Be prepared to go to small claims court when you move out and try to get your deposit back. Some of the people working for the company are good.. but ownership has changed hands frequently and they are more concerned with maximizing rent increases every year than anything else. You're better off looking elsewhere.

Decent customer service is lacking and Nicole would rather text/email than have an actual conversation about concerns. Which isn’t ideal when you’re mistakenly charged 15x (yes, FIFTEEN TIMES) the amount you were supposed to be charged for rent. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a management company. Steer clear.

These people have problems with code enforcement where my mother-in-law is living at for over a year take her rent for the month then tell her she has to be out 3 days later acting like they're complying by giving them what they're supposed to but yet they still took their rent for this month and are kicking them out 3 days later these people are a sheisty rip off and they deserve to be sued and put in jail

I’ve been in a property less than three years and my rent went up three times. Compared to other tenants I’m over paying for rent. When I moved in I had raggedy blinds, a stained toilet, no door bell, no carpet runners, electrical sockets issues and a kitchen sink that’s janky. The air filter in the wall AC needs changing from 6 years ago. All these problems still exist while my rent went from $1350 to $1495 in less than 3 years. They smoke in parking lot. I can’t even sit in my stairs with smelling cigarettes or weed.
