I had a post op appointment with Linda Metzger this morning March 17th 2023 at 9:50AM. Never had met her before. Upon checking in I was told that she was running behind 20 minutes. After waiting past my appointment time the nurse took me to the room prepared me and told me Linda would be in shortly to answer my questions and look at my wound. Nice office staff, nice building in a nice area. None of that makes up for a complete lack of actual medical care. Complete waste of time and a $30 copay. This PA Spent less than 15 minutes doing nothing of value, not even a cursory examination, doesn't provide any treatment options other than surgery, and doesn't appear to comprehend what an off work order actually entails for someone who works for a living. After my father and I were waiting for the longest time for her to even come in and see him, she only spent less than five minutes in the room and left (without warning) before he could ask any questions. I had to ask a nurse to have her come back in, and the nurse said she might already be with her next patient. HUH?? She didn’t even let him speak!
