I bought a new electric ATV from Metz for my kids and just after the 6 month warranty the unit quit holding a charge. I spoke with Dan who agreed that shouldn't happen and that it was not a problem they've seen with this particular machine. he said he would see what he could do and I figured it was my problem at that point. DONT BUY SCAMS, I bought a Gsxr 1000, before I got home the first day w it. I got it towed back to Metz and they told me they cleaned and replaced the bad parts, they did not!!!!! I got the bike back like 2 days later, broke down again! Was so sick of it took it back traded it for a Harley. 2 days with this Harley and I had to get it towed back To Metz was told from the owner, “I’m waiting for your brand new battery from Harley to charge. Great team to work with! Ben & Dan came through for me on a new Soundstream system for my Harley after my OEM headunit died. They were able to get parts needed quickly and got me in for service immediately so I could leave for my trip on time. Thanks again everyone!
