We had a Kohler generator installed by Metz Electric. There are not a lot of Kohler authorized installers around, so I was happy they were willing to travel to my area. They were extremely responsive and patient as I coordinated with the propane company, and to get to me on relatively short notice. They responded to every call and email quickly. I wish I could give a better review but tried getting this company to service my generator for over a year left multiple messages and never a call back. Only got them to answer the phone when I used a company that had their security service. Then told they would be out and nothing. Then finally a message back that they were retiring and so I cannot give any better review because I got absolutely unprofessional horrible service. Wish it would have been different
I have used Mark Metz on several occasions. He is responsive, affordable and a true professional. I highly recommend him.
