We had our appointment with Nathan Metz. Such a well mannered and intelligent young man. My husband was an electrical engineer and he could tell that Nathan knew his stuff, that Natan is well experienced and trained in this field. We look forward in working with Nathan should we decide to replace our system.
Chris came out to troubleshoot our AC which was having issues cooling. He was patient with explaining what he was doing and answered all of my questions regarding why my system wasn't working. He never tried to upsell me and gave me his honest opinion on what he would do if it were his house. Would definitely recommend Metz and specifically Chris who helped me out!
Cris Dulay came to my house this morning. It was my one year service. He was very professional and kind. Cris explained everything to me about my unit. He made sure I understood what he was doing and why. As he was leaving, he even fixed my trash can with cable ties! Many thanks!
Always a great experience dealing with Metz. Axel did our service today. He was patient with our questions and explained everything he was going to be checking on today. He was efficient and did a neat and clean job.
We still have difficulty operation our HVAC system. These guys did the maintenance but did not explain a lot.
