Cris was awesome and extremely personable. He made sure to keep open communication to get the job done and was transparent about the tasks at hand. Thanks again Cris you were great man! Metz has always been awesome they have the best techs/customer service around.
Jose arrived on time and texted me when he was on his way. He thoroughly inspected my AC and heating system, and made the needed repairs.
We have used Metz a couple of times and have been very pleased with their work. The technicians have all been super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about their service. And they keep everything clean, which I greatly appreciate.
