Awesome experience! We purchased equipment over the phone, they assembled the unit the same day & they opened their shop on Sunday so we could pick up the equipment. Great company!
Had a problem with my 20 yo plow prepping for the Blizzard of 2026, I called Metuchen mower they had me bring it down and called me in the middle of the storm at 11PM!! and said it’s FIXED. When i said i had to get my wife up to take me, He asked Where do i live and That he was coming to get me! 1/2 an hour later i was paying my Very Reasonable Repair Bill, and was on my way Home. Thomas the owner was a great help with the process of buying the snow rhino. Came just in time for the storm last weekend and the guys loved using the machine. Was pushing a foot of snow no problem
