Not a pleasant experience with them. Mechanic is picking on what machines he works on. Overcharging for service and breaks down soon after anyway.
I was at Metuchen Mower last week for the first time since my lawn mower was not working. From calling them to front desk staff to mechanic(Jimmy) were super helpful. I had a lengthy conversion with the mechanic who answered all my questions without any hesitation. They also provide pick and drop off service for your equipment. I hope to be back next year for the usual service before spring starts.
