Told i can hang pics, and just have to spackle, did that and was charged for spackle and paint when i moved out. Pictures were not supplied to damages landlord claimed. Does not answer emails. Landlord talks in person using the word "Prick". Landlord wants nothing to do with disputes between neighbors like slamming doors and will not get involved.
